Robin Catle

Robin Catle is a self-taught painter based in Cavite. He is a former Head Cartoonist of The Philippine Artisan Cavite, the official student publication of the Technological University of the Philippines-Cavite. Despite having a day job, he always finds time to hone his skills making visual pieces. He is mainly inspired by the paintings of the old masters such as Rembrandt, Caravaggio, Titian, and Bouguereau. Robin aims to simplify the complexity of human experiences through metaphoric visual compositions of everyday things.
