As he proceeds with investigating a myriad of passions, all plentiful to the human psyche, visual artist, Jefkin Bienes, unhinges more of the facets of intrigue and outcome intertwined with fantasy in his new series of works.

“The Beguiling Wanderer” depicts a voyage of discovery and mystique that lies in realizing calm strength. Known for his surreal artworks, Bienes transports the viewer to a state of reverie, his subjects gently floating on clouds pushed by wisps toward the obscure. While the artist usually paints of his sceneries on land, Bienes extends his eclectic realms and transcends upwards, exploring new atmospheres of hope and mystery.

Bienes and his artworks implore the viewer to investigate another portal to the subconscious, embrace the element of beguilement in one’s journey, and wander across the skies of tamed ascension.
